Reports to: CEO
Type: Permanent, full-time
At Hyperion Robotics, we are on a mission to bring sustainability, automation, and intelligence to one of the world’s largest and most conservative industries - construction.
We collaborate with leading clients across utilities and infrastructure and are backed by some of Europe’s top investors. As we scale our UK presence and prepare for local production capability, marketing must play a critical role in positioning Hyperion as a credible, scalable delivery partner - not just an innovative technology company.
We are now looking for a Marketing Lead to own and drive Hyperion’s UK marketing strategy and execution. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who combines strong hands-on marketing capability with some existing strategic exposure, and who is excited to grow further into a broader leadership role over time.
You may already have experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, positioning, or leadership-level discussions, or you may be ready to take the next step into that space. During onboarding, you will be supported by our current Marketing Consultant, who provides strategic guidance and will help you ramp up quickly and succeed in the role.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery. You will work closely with the CEO and Sales team to build visibility, strengthen credibility, support commercial growth, and ensure Hyperion’s message is consistently and effectively applied across all channels.
What It Means In Practice:
Acting as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO, helping translate business objectives into clear priorities and actions.
Leading UK PR activity by shaping narratives, writing press releases, pitching stories, and building visibility in relevant media.
Supporting thought leadership through awards, speaking opportunities, and positioning Hyperion’s leaders as credible voices in sustainable construction.
Owning and executing the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, website content, and sales materials.
Working closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and support project acquisition.
Creating and maintaining high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
Evaluating and managing industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships with a clear focus on business impact.
Overseeing website content, SEO, analytics, and digital performance.
Managing external suppliers where needed and continuously improving marketing effectiveness through data and insight.
To Succeed In This Role, We Expect:
You have solid B2B marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, sustainability, or another relevant technical sector.
You are confident in hands-on marketing execution and enjoy owning work end-to-end.
You already bring some experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation, positioning, or senior-level discussions.
You are also motivated to continue growing your strategic capability and ownership over time.
You have a proven track record in content marketing, communications, PR, or thought leadership-related work.
You understand how marketing supports business development, lead generation, and long B2B sales cycles.
You are a strong writer who can translate technical topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant messaging.
You have strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and organic growth.
You have hands-on experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy.
You are confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
