We are looking for a candidate with first project management experience who loves to keep projects on track and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. In addition to that, we are seeking a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and stays on top of their work priorities. As a person, we hope that you are open-minded, independent and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
The role is permanent, full-time, and will commence on a mutually agreed date. We have a 3 office days / 2 remote days hybrid work model in place. Your work will include traveling once every 3 months within Europe.
What you will do:
Manage multiple and varied projects at a time ensuring that highest priorities are taken care off
Project coordination & support: Plan, schedule, progress tracking as well as maintain project documentation
Communication & dissemination: Communicate with internal teams and external funders or partners; publish project results on different platforms and write project reports for funding agencies
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients or partners as well as prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
Risk and issue tracking: Identify, assess and monitor project risks and issues
Resource and budget tracking: Monitor personnel, budget and other resources
Reporting against the requirements of the funding body
You have:
Bachelor's or master's degree
First project management experience (1 - 3 years) and knowledge of project management fundamentals
Experience in admin work, in reporting and managing budgets, in preparing and using Excel sheets
Excellent communication and English language skills
Excellent skills in reading and writing reports, preparing documentation
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel) or google suite
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to work to tight deadlines, open to take on challenges
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration skills with experience to work in a diverse team - both internally and externally
